These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, platforms, and services operated by Showcase Support ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to:
- ShowcaseSupport.com — Corporate website
- ShowcasePhotographers.com — Photography and media services
- IntentGate.ai and its subdomains (NKB Law, ClearLeaf, IronSight, HomeSight, CustodyLens, MigraLens, WorkSight, HealthSight) — Legal research platforms
- ShowcaseListings.com — Business management platform
By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
Showcase Support provides technology platforms for real estate photography operations, legal research, and business management. Our services include web-based applications, APIs, AI-powered research tools, and messaging services (SMS/text).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
Certain services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Showcase Support or any of its divisions (including IntentGate.ai), you agree to the following:
- Consent: You expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from us, including verification codes, service notifications, and conversational messages related to the service you are using.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. Verification codes are sent only when you initiate authentication. Conversational messages are sent only in response to your inquiries.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Opt-In: You opt in to SMS messaging when you provide your phone number and initiate a text-based interaction with our services, such as starting a chat session via SMS or requesting a verification code.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Showcase Support does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees.
- Carriers: SMS services are available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact support@showcasesupport.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software or services
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platforms without express written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and data on our platforms are the property of Showcase Support or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Legal Research Disclaimer
The legal research tools provided through IntentGate.ai and its Lens products are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. The information presented may not reflect the most current legal developments. You should consult a qualified attorney for advice regarding your specific legal situation. Showcase Support is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Showcase Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showcase Support, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alabama.
